HANGING OUT TO HELP OUT

The concept for this federal gov spot, "Hanging Out to Help Out," was straightforward: young people hanging out to give back to the community. No need for anything over-the-top—just one continuous shot from the perspective of a digi camera with a spin to reveal the people behind the camera. Because let’s be honest, volunteering is great, but it’s seeing who you’re impacting that gives it real heart.
